Over 1,100 lines across five categories. If it goes into a commercial kitchen, or it’s used to clean one afterwards, we probably carry it.
Five categories, one delivery
Fresh Produce
290+ lines
Bought six days a week, so almost nothing sits still. Potatoes by the sack, brassicas and roots, salad and leaf, everyday and exotic fruit, herbs, plus a small prepared range.
Chilled, Dairy & Bakery
150+ lines
Milk, cream, butter and eggs. A proper cheese range, from Yorkshire Blue to Parmigiano Reggiano. Bread daily. A genuine vegan and free-from range, not a token line or two.
Frozen
70+ lines
Held in our own freezer unit and run out daily, so there are no frozen days to work around. Chips and fries, ARDO fruit, Jus-Rol pastry, Yorvale ice cream, prawns and stocks.
Ambient, Tinned & Grocery
500+ lines
Our largest category by a distance. Catering tins, oils, pasta and flour by the sack, sauces in bulk and portion, a serious world foods shelf, patisserie, and drinks.
Packaging, Disposables & Cleaning
90+ lines
The fourth supplier you don’t need. Chemicals, colour-coded mop systems, cling film and gloves, allergen and date labels, takeaway boxes, cups and napkins.
This is where we’re different from a national
Eighteen varieties of micro herb and leaf, from basil and coriander through to red vein sorrel, purple shiso, red mustard frills and amaranth. Edible flowers and growing peashoots. Heritage, heirloom and tigrella tomatoes. King oyster, shimeji, shiitake and enoki. Courgette flowers, samphire, salsify, wild garlic, Jersey Royals and Koffmann’s Blues in season.
You can only carry a range like that if stock is turning over constantly. If you’re writing a menu around what’s good this week, ring us — we’ll tell you what’s worth having.
Split to any quantity
Boxed items break down to whatever you actually need. One apple, one punnet. We won’t insist on a case.
Pack sizes to suit
A gastropub doing forty covers and a care home doing three hundred don’t need the same thing. We’ll supply either.
