How you’ll order
Our customers order through our app, which is powered by Orderlion. Your products and your prices are already loaded, and your favourite items are generated after your first few orders – if you buy similar items each day then repeat orders only take a minute. It’s on the App Store and Google Play, and there’s a desktop version if you’d rather use a computer.
Order by 5am and it’s with you that morning — if the van hasn’t left, we’ll squeeze you on.
The app has a messaging tool built in, so you can send us a question whenever it occurs to you rather than waiting for the office to open. If something’s gone wrong — you can’t get on, or you’re stuck — ring us on 01226 288000 and we’ll sort it. The line is answered during office hours and the answerphone operates 24 hours a day.
If you’re running several sites or multiple kitchens, we can set you up separate logins under one account so each one orders for itself and you still see the whole picture.
Buying from more than one supplier?
Tell us on the form. We’ll price the whole basket, not just the easy bits. Most kitchens are surprised how much of their second and third supplier’s order we already carry — and consolidating usually saves more in admin time than it does on price.
